Nationwide Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan.
- Delivery timelines are 5–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, political situations, road blockages, or courier delays.
- 4% will be charged on COD orders as per the government regulations.
International Shipping
- International delivery is coming soon.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed after confirmation and dispatched once ready.
- Custom or bulk orders will require advance payment and additional processing time (details will be shared at the time of order).
Returns & Exchanges
- WARE does not offer refunds.
- All purchases are final once delivered, except in cases of damage or incorrect items as outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
- The issue must be reported within 3 hours of receiving your order.
- Please share clear photos or a video of the product and packaging as proof.
- Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
⚠️ Claims submitted after the mentioned timeline or without valid proof will not be eligible for replacement.
⚠️ Requests will not be entertained if the product is used.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges may be considered only for unused items in original packaging, subject to availability.
- Requests must be made within 3 hours of receiving the product in case exchange is required.
- Each handmade product is unique and may vary in size, colour, and finish. Customers are encouraged to request additional details before placing an order. Variations resulting from the handmade nature of the product are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Non-Eligible Cases
We are unable to process replacements or exchanges if:
- The product was damaged after delivery acceptance
- The item has been used, washed, or altered
- Original packaging is missing
- The issue is reported late or without proof
